Baked rice pudding.................


Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 egg yolks
Vanilla
3 / 1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
3 cups milk milk
2 / 11 cup Italian rice cooked (or Egypt)
2 tbsp dried fruit (pineapple - apricots - Papaya)
2 tbsp butter
2 / 1 cup raisins
4 tbsp flour Rusk

Method and information:


- beat the eggs with egg yolks and add vanilla, sugar, orange juice, milk and milk, stirring well until all ingredients overlap.
