Curried chicken salad................
Ingredients:
Components
• Grilled chicken whole cut into cubes.
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
• 2 tablespoon of Greek yogurt plain low-fat (a great way to reduce fat and mayonnaise).
• 1 teaspoon of chopped tarragon.
• 1 teaspoon curry powder.
• ½ cup grapes cut into halves.
• 1 stalk celery, minced.
• Salt and pepper.

How It Works
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, marinate as desired and progress in the new rolls of paper or lettuce.
And felicitously and labrum.
This is a good way to use what remains of the chicken and the sweetness of grape juice will make it ideal for filling sandwiches summer.
