Ingredients:

Components
* 250 gm meat turkey.
* 100 g sweet corn grain.
* 1 green pepper.
* 2 tomatoes diced.
* 1 tbsp tomato puree.
* 2 tbsp minced red onion.
* 4 tablespoons plain yogurt.
* 4 tablespoons cream (double cream).
* 1 teaspoon cumin.
* 1 teaspoon coriander.
* Half teaspoon turmeric.
* Half teaspoon paprika (Shata).
* Half a teaspoon of spices
* a little grated ginger.
* a little olive oil.

Method and information:

How It Works
1 - is frying the onions in oil for several minutes, add turkey meat, stirring until it becomes brown. Add the spices and ginger and stir well to cover the turkey well.
2 - Add tomatoes and tomato puree, corn and pepper and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
3 - Add the yogurt and cream, stirring and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
4 - can be served with rice, which was settled on Steam
