Fish Curry...........
Ingredients:
½ cup of olive oil
1 large onion chopped finely Size
½ head chopped garlic chopped
½ teaspoon of ginger finely section
¼ cup of tomato juice
2 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon of turmeric
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon pepper customer
1 cup of water
2 pieces of large fish fillets (any kind)
Method and information:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, garlic, and ginger
