Garlic butter sauce.................
Ingredients:
½ cup butter, fresh
One half of garlic
Tbsp parsley furred
Teaspoon lemon juice
Salt, pepper
Method and information:
Leaves the butter out of the refrigerator half an hour before use.
Peel garlic and mince finely with parsley.
Mix butter with garlic and parsley and a good amount of mashing and add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Amount placed in aluminum foil and wrapped in the form of a cylinder and then saves it in the freezer.
When applying to cut circles.
Note:
To avoid the taste of garlic in the mouth after meals can chew some parsley at the end of the meal.
