Shrimp fried dough................
Ingredients:
½ kilo large shrimp (peeled)
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp chopped garlic fine
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup flour (flour)
¼ cup water
¼ cup milk sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon baking powder Piking
2 tbsp water
Vegetable oil for frying
Method and information:
Incision is cut shrimp
Rubbed shrimp lemon juice
Mix apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic
Leave to marinate the shrimp in the mixture for two hours
Mix of these components fail, and remaining until soft dough is made up
Dip shrimp cut in the dough
Fry the shrimp until the dough acquires a golden brown color
