Soft almond biscuits....................


Ingredients:

4 tablespoons margarine
1 / 2 cup castor sugar
Tablespoon grated lemon peel
4 tablespoons almond soft
Cup flour
One egg

Method and information:

Mix sugar with butter and lemon peel mix well until mixture becomes a viscous
Beat eggs, almond flour, soft and added to the previous mixture and stir well
Knead the mixture and singled out so that the thickness of the dough 1 cm
Sectors Shape the dough as desired and stacked in Sajat and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes
