Ingredients:
25 C hot red pepper coarsely ground
A small spoon Corn Flour
50 c dried apricots, minced
Teaspoon sugar
And a quarter cup of red or white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Method and information:
1 - Mix all materials together in a pot and boil Deiha ticking quietly for 5 minutes until the sauce intensified
2 - Bardiha and feet can save this sauce for several weeks in sealed bottles.
